  • What is your rain/bad weather policy?
    For safety reasons, we will not setup in rainy or inclement weather (wind storms, snow, hail, floods etc). We will work with you to find a solution both leading up to and on the day of your event. If you have to reschedule, your payment will be applied to a new date.
  • Are you insured?
    Yes! We are licensed and insured. Upon request from your venue, we are able to provide a certificate of insurance.
  • I need to make changes to my booking.
    Adjustments to packages should be submitted a minimum of one month prior to the booked event date for optimal processing and to prevent any late fee charges.
  • What is Softplay?
    Soft Play is a fun way to keep children occupied, active, and stimulate a physical adventure experience in a secure and cheerful setting full of activities like a bounce house, ball pit, large foam shapes, building blocks, slides and teeter-totter. It is built from soft, foam constructions to provide a safe and fun experience for the little ones!
  • What's your cleaning process?
    We thoroughly disinfect every play piece before and after each event. The bubble balls go through a dual cleaning process of being washed and sanitized after each event.
  • Do you offer full decor and styling services?
    Yes! While we love creating fun and safe play experiences for your little ones. We also provide full decor and styling services. To discuss more details and for a free consultation you can email us at partyholicwpg@gmail.com
  • Is there down deposit?
    For our play experience, once booking is confirmed we require $150.00 for down deposit is required to secure the date This will also serve as your security deposit and will be refunded back to you as long as the rental is in good condition at the end of your event. Deposit is non refundable IF booking is cancelled.
  • What's your cancellation policy?
    Should you need to cancel your event, we will work with you to reschedule another date within one year of original booking. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least one month before the scheduled event to ensure that your deposit is not forfeited Deposit is non refundable IF booking is cancelled.
  • How can I book?
    Please submit the inquiry form located under "BOOK NOW" on our website. Our team will respond with date availability and proposal within 48 business hours. If you haven't heard from us yet, please check your junk mail or shoot us an email at partyholicwpg@gmail.com A $150 deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve your date when renting from one of our play experiences.
  • Where do you deliver and is there a fee?
    Set up, delivery and take down is FREE with our soft play, ball pit and bounce house rental. (Within city limits) A Delivery fee is applicable for locations outside the city, along with a minimum purchase requirement of $550. Delivery fee applies to our other rentals.
  • How many hours are included in the rental?
    Our play experience include up to 5 hours of fun! To maximize play time, setup time is not included in the rental term. Should you need more than 5 hours, you can add more for an additional fee if available. Please keep in mind that the rate is the same whether you rent for 1 hour or 5.
  • Do you set up outdoors?
    Yes! We set up BOTH indoor and outdoor! (Weather permitting) Outdoor events must be held on flat, even ground, free of mud and gravel and in the summer, a shaded space is required. A backup indoor location is strongly recommended.
  • What method of payment do you accept?
    We currently accept cash or e-transfer only.
  • What's the size of the Soft Play, Bounce House, Bubble House and Ball Pit
    We will need a clearance space of 10x10x10 ft for the Bounce House 8x10 ft for the Smaller Bounce House 10x10 ft for the Ball pit 27x17 ft for the Soft play and Bounce House package 17x17 ft or compressed to 17x10 ft for the Soft play (Layout can be modified to accommodate you space) 19x14x10 ft for the Bubble House 10x10ft for the Large Ball Pit with Slide
